About Me

I completed my BA in Psychology and Philosophy at UC Berkeley and my PhD in Clinical Psychology at the University of Iowa. My graduate research focused on the benefits of friendships and other supportive relationships. I have experience working with adults, children, families, couples, students, and Veterans. I tailor my approach for each person and enjoy serving folks of a variety of ages and presenting concerns--I am often touched by the slices of human experience that many of us share in common.

My practice is increasingly focused on work with autistic adults. In my personal and professional life I have deeply enjoyed and valued connecting with neurodivergent individuals.

I am a big theatre and stand-up comedy fan and a former Disneyland employee. During shelter-in-place I rediscovered my childhood love of bugs. I enjoy needle crafting fuzzy sci-fi creatures and spending time with my husband, daughter, and puppy Arya.
